Robert has been in many facets of real estate and construction of residences,
as well as commercial buildings. Being raised in the construction business, he’s
spent over 40 years as a general contractor and has been involved on many projects from home renovations to new construction. Robert holds a core, type I, II, and III refrigeration license.

Robert has bought, renovated, and sold many homes over the years, which
led him to obtain his Real Estate license and was the broker of Tami Realty for
almost 10 years. This led him to turn his efforts to the home inspection industry and has become a licensed home inspector and owner of Trident Building Inspections for over 10 years.

Robert currently holds all his licenses in NJ and is also licensed in
Pennsylvania, and Florida as a home inspector. Robert is a licensed wood
destroying insect technician, licensed in radon testing, and has several other
environmental certifications including testing for asbestos, mold, lead based paint, and is a certified pool and spa operator licensed by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.

Recently, Robert wanted to find another way to help people as well as his
past clients, so he has turned his focus on obtaining his Public Adjuster’s license. Robert has received his certifications as a WRT, water restoration technician, and FSRT, fire, smoke restoration technician, and level I in Xactimate, the program used by many adjusters when writing estimates for claims.
